These terms govern use of the Local List Assist website and, where applicable, the Local List Assist Android app. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the product or website.

Website use

The website is provided to share product information, policy documents, and support contact details. Do not use it for abusive, unlawful, or disruptive activity.

Android app

The Android app is provided as a paid utility product. It is intended for personal lawful use. You remain responsible for the content you create and store in the app.

No warranty

Local List Assist is provided on an as-is basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Reasonable effort is made to improve reliability, but no software can honestly promise zero defects.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local List Assist will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
